"DO NOT APPLY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had applying at a complex. They will run you around in circles wasting your time! Applied beginning of January, then literally that day they stopped answering the phone. When you finally get through to someone they tell you the leasing manager Joselyn got fired. Then after a week she’s apparently back to work. No matter the amount of voicemails left they never returned a call. Had to call off of a different number to get any answers. At that point I just asked for my money back, they said I couldn’t pick it up at their office they had to mail it. Gave address over a week ago and now they’re texting me asking for it again. This office needs better staff!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Moving into these apartments was the worst mistake of my life. SEVERE German cockroach infestation, they will ruin your life. They live inside of the walls and cracks in every part of the building and especially anywhere that produces heat. That’s why these apartments have a deal where exterminators come out weekly! They have reviews up from 2007 complaining about the severe cockroach infestation on another website, when I moved in they told me my building is very old and was “remodeled”. Clearly they have always had a horrific infestation in specific buildings. There were cockroaches here before I moved in that I mentioned not knowing anything about roaches and Veronica and the guy up front told me it would be taken care of before I moved in! HUGE MISTAKE. The only way to fix this issue is to evacuate everyone, every single item, and tent the entire building or burn the place down and I am not over exaggerating in the slightest. There are certain protocols for different levels of infestation, they spray but this is far beyond spraying I really hope this place gets shut down. I’ve seen anything like this in my entire life."

"Adriana & Joslyn are the best!!! From start to finish they have been more then helpful with getting me settled into my first ever apartment in Las Vegas. Neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. UPDATE: I've been here for a couple months now & I had to lower my score because of the poor communication between departments in this complex. There was a "resurfacing of something" which caused there to be a gas/chemical smell throughout two apartments that I know of without any prior notice at all. Also, our water has been shutoff several times without any notice. Maintenance is pretty quick for most things however the poor communication of important instances has lead me to start losing faith in the complex. PLEASE communicate to your tenants!!!"

"Been living here for 10 months. It is the worst apartment I have ever lived. The floor above me is old so it make a lot ~~~ of squeeking sound when people walk even a little bit. Current tenant runs around like it's football field. The leasing office does nothing about it. The neighbors are horrible. There is dog poop all over the place. People don't pick up after their dogs. Bad apartment and bad neighbors. Put in my 60 day notice and getting hell out of here"

"I have been living here for 5 months now and am very happy with the management. The apartment is nice, everything is working and problems get fixed quickly. Most neighbors are nice. There are a lot of children here, which can be annoying at the pool. The kids don’t always show their best behavior."
