Asia's responsiveness and efficiency in handling calls and maintenance requests have been invaluable, especially during unforeseen events like the "pigeon invasion." Yvette and Anissá bring a personal touch that transforms Spanish Wells from a mere residence to a home. Their infectious enthusiasm, combined with their professional acumen, makes every interaction a delight. Their assistance during crucial times, such as facilitating the withdrawal of funds from my retirement account, goes above and beyond mere job descriptions. "Don the maintenance supervisor took care of all my work orders upon me moving in finished it in one day work was clean. I really enjoyed being at Spanish Wells your staff is extremely friendly and helpful being that I don’t know how to do anything on an iPhone so I think everyone that has helped me through this transition."

"Spanish wells you have multiple broken sprinklers that go as high as 4 ft and then you want to charge your tenants the water spills. Get them fixed because you have been reported to water waste already 3 times and will next land on the news"

"My husband and I moved to the area June of 2021 and just signed our second lease with this property. We LOVE it here! Assuming this property stays in our affordable price point, we may never leave. The management is amazing and made our move from out of state as easy as they could. They keep the property clean and well lit. Even though we border a busy street, we feel very safe here. Our goal was to feel like we were living in a small resort. This really feels like that. The apartments are well sized, and have a 'homey' feel. For me, I love the soft arches and the off white white walls. It doesn't feel like a sterile apartment. The selling parts of this property are the thick walls, the HUGE bath tubs, and the really nice pool area. There are so many trees and bushes surrounding the pool and hot tub that it makes it a calm place to relax. Most nights, there are quite a few neighbors hanging out, but if you close your windows, you can't hardly hear a thing. If there is one area that could use work is the gym. It is great size, but the machines are old and some of the weights are broken. I love the yoga studio though!"
