"I live in the apartments right now and I would not advise anybody to live in here they need to fix the electrical problems they let dogs boo boo all in the yard. bums and stuff hang all around your cars and I've been really having an issue with the electric since I've been in here and it's not my electric company the socket near my garbage disposal keeps making loud ticking sounds and I'm scared the place is going to catch on fire. So I don't understand all the good comments unless you are being paid to say those good comments because I live in here right now and I'm going through these bad experiences and as soon as my lease is up I'm moving out."

"Ive been seen bad comments about this place, but I see management is really trying to keep this place safe and clean. Management can't do it all, tenants have to cooperate too. I've been here going on 2 yrs and I see a big difference, am glad most of the bad tenants on Clifford st are gone, and maintenance has always been great to me and my son. "I relocated here from California off of reference from a family member... 1 week before my move in date i was told the unit(# 205) i signed and paid for was all of a sudden not avalible. Therfore i was reassigned a unit(# 203) per staff request and choice all beofre arriving from California. Where i stayed in the same apartment 5 years no problems! Upon moving into the unit we noticed tht it was infested with a number of different bugs but mainly roches and my 2year old and i contained bites in several area's! So we took pictures and reported it to the office. Inwhich they did send some one out to bomb the unit but my child and i continued to be ate then is when i discovered bed bugs in the unit a number of them in my daughter's room! I reported this to the office on a Thursday capturing a coupl for proof and they said they send some one but with no urgency it is bow Monday and still no one has come and my child and i has contained more bites since then to where my little one can't even sleep here in her room! This is NOT what i imagined to be moving too coming from another state! Wow! And to top it all off the Water is off every other day for what reason? Unknown! *UpDate* They sent someone out 10/8 @ 11 a.m inwhich they sprayed an obsessive amount of boric acid all over the floors as well as on some of my belongings in which was dangerous for my 2 year old i spent 2 days trying to mop it up still no luck and my little one can't play on the floor at all cause of the white stuff scattered let alone stay here from getting bit up I called the office 10/9 to report my still sighting of BED BUGS(Not just 1 or 2) no answer inwhich i discovered they screen their calls! When i asked can i move to another unit i was told to wait 2 hours for a response that was on 10/4 the response was the maintenance ppl coming 3 days later with tht boric acid. All of My and mainly my Childs belongings are mostly still packed i can't dress my child with fear of her clothes being infetested so they're all in plastic bags! Her room is basicly corentined with all ger belongings in it my child can't even play with her toys once again with fear tht they're infested. I had to spend over $50 in product to take saftey precaution for my daughter and I to keep from getting bit at night! This is not the experience i expected moving here from L.A paid and full! And to top it all off I don't even have a mailbox key to retrieve my mail so if i have important mail i wouldn't know! And I've been waiting on it since I moved in but was on point making them a copy of the key to my unit for $3 with no Hesitation! Since these review's seem to be the only way to get a validated/Legitimate response then here you are! I'll hate to pursue legal action but this living as well as treatment is inhumane! NO ONE should have to live with bugs Especially gettin bit up by them in their home!!!I didn't take for ever nor procrastinate to pay for the unit so it shouldn't take forever to resolve so my child and i can live comfortably!!"
