"Lived in this complex from 2020-2023 in 3 different units. Lydia was literally amazing and I actually really miss her and I miss going into the office to pay my rent. Overall I did not have a bad experience living within this complex. Neighborhood is rough so mind your businesses. Units are dated and could use a remodel, biggest issue for me was no washer/dryer or hook ups nor dishwasher. If needed I would move back, I have no problem with the complex."

"Spoke with a Maria over the phone and she was extremely rude. Asked her some basic info that she didn't know the answers. Whatever she did know, she made it sound like I was a burden to her day."

"The pros: The apartment is very affordable. The maintenance guy is very very quick and good at what he does, when u request something to be fixed it gets fixed. The temperature of the water is amazing. It's gets very hot for showers and dishes. Apartment comes with fridge. Office staff are helpful and straightforward no hidden fees any move in specials they address. One fan in the ceiling and a.c. in bedroom and living room. The cons: The gate is not working and there has been vandalism and many people have had their car Windows broken, sterios taken out etc also many uninvited individuals with luggage maybe homeless often wandering the community. No dishwasher or garbage disposal. Which is understandable with the low price of rent."

"I was pregnant when we moved in here, worst place I have ever lived. Crack heads outside screaming at 2am ppl getting shot, Neighbor was beating his pit bull puppy reported it and nothing was done. A lady got rodded and stabed the next night someone was shot, the roach problem is so bad that they were crawling in my bed all over my dishes that were in cabinets when I asked for the issue to be dealt with I was told someone would be out that day, no one ever showed up. We moved out and refused to pay for the rent considering it was so bad and the staff dosnt care about the residents."
