"The maintenance man Jose came over and fixed our water heater fixed our AC and heater. He also came over, hooked up our dryer that was not hooked up and fixed the laundry room door, That was broken. Jose did a outstanding job with our request in a timely matter. Also, the leasing staff and manager were excellent and went above and be To get us into our unit the ladies in there are doing an excellent My move-in was stress-free, except for a couple issues, but maintenance got on those very quickly And so did the staff the leasing agent were fantastic."

"First like to say move in was very rocky only good thing is it's peaceful so far but the walk through was very disappointing. Having to pay $200 stress free move in and clean environment was not fulfilled and not worth the charge if your not going to actually clean or have the apartment fully ready stuff still broke and having to pay a deposit of $2600 that was a rip off and it's day 2 and no one has yet came to fix anything yet lucky the kids haven't hurt themselves yet. Also love the manager Natalie she was very helpful and nice but the apartment is really not worth 1400 in rent especially if you moved in and stuff still is broke like you had a couple of months to have this place ready to go hopefully it gets better and I mean HOPEFULLY!!!!"
