Whispering Palms Apartments

"When I moved in 6 years ago the apartment was a wreck. I cleaned it up and spent 3 months trying to get management to fix the things I could not. Then the floor started rolling up and I spent 5 years trying to get it fixed. They finally did a few weeks ago but it started rolling up again right away. I have never had even 1 day with everything fixed but the rent has gone up every single year!"

"So far I m satisfied just need mailbox fix. I have a lot of allergies. The Bush that sit by the air conditioner the smell is coming through the window. I m having a lot of problems w that."

"Place is clean Open areas are taken care of by yard service we have an indoor spa but it hasn't been opened or working since I moved in 4 years ago The lighting between buildings need replaced Some have been out for awhile & makes it very dangerous to go out after dark Management is friendly & professional but the office is closed several times during the month We had damage to our mail room AGAIN Have to arrange transportation to go to post office for mail that means spending money that Seniors don't have Thank you"

"Sergio , is a great Inspiration to the Whispering Palms staff, he’s alway pleasant when you see him , he speaks to everyone with a smile. He never leaves a job undone , he takes the time to listen when something is wrong with your unit. Way to go Sergio!!!"

"The only problem I always catch homeless people sitting on my porch and they sits on my neighbor porch too Other than that I'm very satisfied with were I live the management and workers are very kind"
