Kitchen Table

"Visiting from out of town for the holidays and wanted to find something local and healthy and I’m SO happy Kitchen Table popped up! The food is absolutely incredible as well as the service! I have a few allergies and it can be hard to eat out sometimes, but the cashier asked me about allergies before I could even bring them up! The atmosphere was great, kind of a rustic wooden vibe with plenty of space an wonderful art and music choices. I was visiting for a week and I ate here 6 out of the 7 days on my trip! For breakfast, be sure to get the Chili Crisp Egg sandwich or the Grits bowl. For lunch, Grab the Whole Bird or the Molly Grilled cheese (the confit chicken salad on the whole bird is incredible). Most of the meals I had came with a side of house seasoned popcorn and I loved it so much I started buying the individual bags, they even gave me one on the house once! Overall, this is my new favorite spot in Omaha and I’ll be coming here anytime I visit. Every day in between I’ll be hoping for an Arizona branch!"

"I hadn’t been here in years, I’m glad I came back! The food is delicious, I love the multiple chili options. Tons of fancy little sandwiches and popcorn to snack on! They also have their own ginger ale and kombucha. What’s not to love."

"Gluten free “bread” was burnt. Food was pricey and mostly bad or mediocre. Potato hash was very good. They also made the strange decision to serve everything with strangely seasoned popcorn. $18 for a mediocre burger and strangely seasoned popcorn is a bit much for me. Atmosphere is nice. I like the mushroom salt and pepper shakers."

"First off, this place looks pretty cool, has local farmers and food artisans in mind when creating their menu, and was excited to try it. The wait on the food was longer than expected, and when it came out the toast was burnt, not charred but burnt, as was the meatloaf, when the manager came over to discuss it she was very argumentative about it being charred, however there is a very large difference between what she described and the pitch black meatloaf and toast we received. She did finally agree to a refund, which was appropriate for the situation. It was unfortunate to have this experience in such a fun, vibrant city, I love to try new foods, but I draw the line a burnt food. Just a heads up, the manager did say everything here is charred, (burnt) If that's your thing, then this is your place."
