"I have been unable to get an appointment in Des Moines or Marshalltown because they fail to call back even after they are told that I saw an oral surgeon and he wanted me to get a tooth examined because he believes there is a cavity. It's always been difficult to get in especially on emergency even though I call when they ask. They need to organize things better!"

"The worst part of the experience is dealing with the rude and unprofessional front desk staff. They do not greet you. They don’t help you. And they don’t answer the phones when they’re literally just sitting there. Didn’t have too bad of an experience for my toddler when we actually saw the dentist. Was in and out as she is just a little one. Can’t seem to get in anywhere else. Otherwise I definitely would and wouldn’t go back here."

"Based on the fact that I cannot even get an appointment scheduled because you can only call on Wednesdays after 8:15 in the morning, leaving SEVERAL messages over the past two weeks, then being told today that their phones are down (from the medical clinic), I have to rate them before I even get to see them! Maybe, if I ever get an appointment, I can give them a better rating afterwards..."

"Update: I was back again today for filling; Dr. Paul and his hygienist were amazing. I've never had a better dentist. Wonderful atmosphere and people. They always seem well organized and happy. My family has never had any problems with customer service or dental services. This dental clinic has changed they way I feel about going to the dentist for the better and I am grateful!"
