"Every time I have my appointment with Dr. Reed, I always make sure I let the world know (in review form!) how incredible this group of people are! I literally fall asleep in that chair while Dr. Reed does his part. The girls make you feel welcome and as if they are glad you're there...I mean where do you find that type of feeling anymore? They are always smiley, always ready for any question, and patient. Dr. Reed, on the other end, deserves the highest honors. I mean, they all do, but he has to deal with the ugly and uglier! Very gentle, very calm, friendly. And my favorite part: He tells you exactly what the next step is so there are no surprises. Incredible! I wouldn't trade this team for anything! THANK YOU!"
"Well I went there for a partial. I go out and go through the somewhat unpleasant process of making the molds ( they should tell you not to have a winter beard prior to appointment) cause they will spill this sticky glue or plaster like substance. Let me tell you it feels awesome when they try to clean it up. That was sarcasm. As I leave I inquire about the lifetime whitening system they provide. It’s a hundred bucks. I pay for it. They say they have to make the trays for it but they can make it from the molds. I don’t take the whitening solution or anything from them. I simply said I will pick up everything all together when I come back. I wait for what seems to be a really long time for my partials to come in. And when I finally get a call they tell me they’re broken and we need to remake them. I was very frustrated with the whole experience. The lack of communication, etc. I missed the follow up appointment due to the beginning of long in and out of the hospital. A lot of time in Madison’s hospital which the end result was amputation. When I get well enough to get back to Peosta Dental I leave two messages on two separate occasions with no return phone call. I finally call them back. The response I get is we can’t refund your money because we made the trays for you already. This was over a half a year ago with no call telling me I can pick up my whitening system it’s ready. They think all of this is good customer service? Usually if things like this happen they do a little something to make you happy instead they blame it on the lab and keep my money. Good luck with those policies."
