"Love Love Love Runza when I'm in town. They are always so hot and fresh and the fries are crispy and delicious. I forgot to get the "Frings" though, which is a combo of french fries and onion rings. The strawberry shake was creamy and full of strawberry flavor."

"Ordered through the drive through 5:40pm sep 19th 2023 so I hope your management sees this. I have never been one to write a nasty review but the look I received when asking for 2 more ranches when I asked for 4 and only received 2 (when ordering 2 entrees). First they asked me what cheeseburger I ordered when I arrived at the window and 2nd rolled their eyes when I asked for 2 more ranches and replied “sure” while doing so, so disrespectfully. I’ve never felt the need to write reviews like this but maaaan I don’t think I’ll come back after being treated like I was a fat slob for asking what I originally asked for. Never felt so disrespected"
"Absolutely love Runza and this location! Went thru the drive-thru with orders for 7 people and they got the entire order right without even having to repeat the order once - so professional! The food was absolutely delicious and Runza continues to be a Nebraska favorite."
