"Short handed. Had to order on the kiosk. Changed the type of chicken. Wanted cole slaw. Received 1 breast , 1 thigh, 2 legs and 2 wings. Mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. Called to tell them. Person hung up on me. Had someone's purse sitting on the counter where they orders."

"I got food from this location and got a chewed up piece of gum in my food. Very gross and unsanitary, will not be ordering from here again."

"I had ordered online an extra side of coleslaw, 2 extra biscuits, and the "Taste of KFC Meal," which comes with Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, corn, coleslaw, 4 biscuits and 6 pieces of chicken. We had only received 6 chickens, plus an extra bucket we didn't order and 6 biscuits. I called them, told them that they didn't give us what we ordered, and they proceeded to tell me to hurry up on coming back, because they were leaving the store, and shutting it down early. If I wasn't able to make it on time, they told me I wasn't going to get the rest of my order. When I finally got there, they tried handing me 2 more buckets of chicken, instead of the sides I had ordered. One of the employees went on saying, "this girl just needs to accept what we give her because we're supposed to be closed." They tried giving me someone else's order again, which had more chicken. I had to tell them 4 times that I need the sides, not the chicken, and they kept giving me attitude. It took them 30 minutes to just give me 5 things, and the whole time they were complaing about it. VERY horrible business, I would love to get a return, because that was the worst food service I've ever gotten. I'm normally a very patient person, but what they did and said was very messed up and not professional at all. They were trying to close the store at 6:30pm when it's supposed to close at 10pm."

"We ordered two of the 5 piece tenders and for the sides mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. The third order was the hot chicken sandwich meal with french fries. The tenders were crispy and juicy. The Mac and cheese was delicious. The chicken sandwich was very good. It was crispy and juicy and it also had a good kick to the hot sauce. Very good! I think our cashier's name was Elaine. She was very friendly and helpful, and so was the manager."

"We got the 8 piece bucket called Side Lovers Comes with 8 pieces of deep fried chicken (OG or extra crispy), 4 biscuits, and 3 large sides. We got mashed potatoes with gravy, Macaroni and cheese and French fries. Everything was really good- juicy chicken with a good variety of pieces, fluffy biscuits and crispy fries! A good price to feed the whole family!"
