"I have rented a house and never had a problem when it came to getting something fixed. My kitchen sink was dripping water under the cabinet. I called the landlord and he had someone come out the following morning to get it fixed. I'm a true believer of how you treat people is how you will be treated. If you have a bad attitude or chip on your shoulder then the outcome of getting something fixed in a short manner might not happen. With this said, I can only say that this company goes beyond their job for their clients and tenants.
