"I’ll start by saying it’s been an awesome experience moving in and the entire staff have extremely helpful. Itzel assisted me from start to finish with the whole transition. She was very communicative, answered all questions and concerns promptly. The maintenance staff Sean and Ernest are very informative, prompt reliable to get the job done. If not they definitely will find a way! There are two other ladies I forgot their names but they also were very nice and assisted me immediately with any questions and concerns. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure my move in was successful. Greatly appreciate it! I love the apartment complex, the community, the area and the views."

"Itzel Garcia (leasing Consultant) and Kaylee Donoho (property Manager) are the worst. They do their job when they want to. I first moved here I thought it was great and peaceful. I thought wrong! I moved in few months back wanted to give the amenities a try just like every other tenant would. Most of the amenities are locked down for no apparent reason (because there’s no emails being sent out the reason why they are shut down are not able to access) one day I decided to go the gym Itzel Garcia usually would open the gym when I come. But this particular day (my third day coming to the gym) I realized it was lock during office hours and ask her what the gym hour she said same as office hours. The next following day as I go to the gym, around this time is 11:45 close to noon, and realized that the gym was locked again I them asked Itzel if she can open the gym she then proceed look at me to roll eyes. I felt super uncomfortable and felt as if I don’t belong there. As for Kaylee Donoho, she discriminates particular tenants and says to one tenant that they were fraudulent while I was waiting to speak to her. I can tell that she was talking extremely loudly to me as if I could not understand a word she was saying. It was giving passive aggressiveness. These two ladies have been no help to the community of Verona apartments."

"I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They allow homeless to overrun the area, they allow Campers and semi trucks to park on the street where tenants should be parked. There have been campers and abandoned cars out front of the complex for months. It’s sad our children have to walk to the school bus passing by these shady campers. The management company takes zero responsibility and allows abandoned vehicles to be parked here illegally. Stay away from this location apartment complex. Bad management company!!!!"

"Horrible Experience!!! My daughter applied and was approved for an apartment months ago. As we are only a few days away from move in, there is NO ONE working in the office apparently. We have a uhaul and moving crew ready for this Friday and have not received a lease to sign. We have reached out to the Verona office as well as Corporate. I would not recommend putting your living accommodations in the hands of this company. So upsetting. 0/10 stars. This company is not one that you want to work with."

"This place used to be great! Now that there's new management, I would not suggest you live here! They have extra fees they charge you, they switch up policies throughout your lease, and they NEVER respond unless it's maintenance! This last year, I tried to contact them over five times about an issue and no one has responded. Homeless people are starting to migrate this way off Boulder and hoodlums from the Siena Suites. Some one tried to kick my door down and I STILL haven't been able to reach any one in the office about it, but received a lease renewal offer on my door! One staff member hung up in my face when I tried to get answers to my questions! If you want to stay somewhere that is hassle free, I recommend you to keep looking! They are understaffed as well.If you see great reviews about Ronna, she no longer works here. She was the only one on top of things! Place used to be 5 stars, now it really deserves 0! Prices don't match the service you get!"
