"Lived her for 3 years, longest I've lived somewhere bc the rent didnt go up too much every year, if we would of renewed a 4th year it actually went down $150. No bugs, no mold. Nice area. As a visible queer person the neighbors & office people were friendly and pleasant. Only down sides are pool/hot tub working about half the time we lived there. And you really gotta hound maitenece to do their job. They often say "we dont have this part" and then a week later come back to see if the broken item is still broken (obviously??) then about another week of calling the office. Once they tried to let me go without a toilet while in recovery from surgery bc they "didnt have the part" after going back n fourth with the office, they magically had the part 5 mins later and fixed the toilet. There is 1 newer maitenece guy that was always prompt and pleasant, so shout out that that guy. As someone who's been renting for almost 10 years theres always pros and cons but overall I would live here again."

"I was thinking of applying to this place. They showed me a great place. Things didn't work out on my end with financial. So I asked to cancel. They give you a grace period and within that grace period no one helped me the person that was supposed to help me was never available. Until after the grace period and then I had to pay $415 no refunds. I don't recommend this place."

"Had a wonderful experience the manager, and the leasing agents are very nice. The property was very clean , and every unit that I looked at was in great condition."

"When we were shown a model apt like we were supposed to get, it was a lot better than what we actually got! The apt we got had a refrigerator that was small for a two bedroom apt and the covering on the kitchen cabinets was pealing off on most of them. If this was upgraded I can't help but wonder what an apt that was not upgraded looks like. Alos the street noise on Gibson road was horrible!"

"We enjoyed our time here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance team is great! Our 2 bd/2bth apartment was a nice size for us and our little dog. Glad we could find a place that takes dogs and even supplies poop bags. Play area and pools are nice too. Added bonus was the food trucks that would come through! Thank you so much for making our temporary home pleasant!"
