"Every time I visit Vegas, i make sure i visit this shop.Ace Pawn has an awesome selection of jewelry and amazing prices.John is friendly and very reasonable,he will make sure you get alot of bang for the buck."
"Is there a zero star option? I usually always check reviews and this time I was just exploring downtown Las Vegas and I thought this place might be the one from the TV show but as soon as I opened the door the stitch of death permeated my nose and my stomach turned. No one greeted me and the place looked like something out of The Bates Motel- dilapidated. Finally a head emerged and I said - Hello and she did not. I said "Is this the place from the TV show?" And she said no, leave us alone Madam! The woman behind the counter sadly looked like a half dead corpse. Someone needs to buy this place and turn it into a real pawn shop. I had money to spend and I went to the other pawn shop around the corner and had a much more pleasant experience."
"Zero Star review for this place. Agreed with the other reviews - Dirty, really dirty. But what made this experience noteworthy was the customer service. The lady was so rude, my first thought was, "Am I being punked." There was a sign on the window saying, "guns for sale." I walked in and greeted the woman behind the register. She responded, "What do you want?" I asked if she had any guns for sale and she said that only Nevada residents can buy one. No problem, I am a resident. She then looked at me and told me that she doesn't sell to my kind of people and that she only works with quiet people. She pushed the buzzer and told me to leave the store. I left in compete shock. How do they stay in business?"
"ZERO STARS>:>>> If I didn't know better I would have thought I was on some sort of hidden camera TV show. This was the most disgusting, filthy place I have every been in and there are some dirty places in Vegas. The old lady at the counter was fighting with her son (or whoever) whose face was buried in his phone. When we walked in she was in the process of yelling at another customer who didn't get to the door fast enough for them to buzz her out. We then were the butt of her wrath when we asked if they sold guns. I have no idea how this place stays in business. If its junk you are looking for and you want a mind-boggling experience of an old hag screaming in your face, please feel free to check it out. I'm sure years of the pawn business in Vegas has tainted her."
"Talk about a rude lady I called and said is this a pawnshop called ace loan she mumbles back to me, what do you want and she about bit my head off. anyways so I asked her if she and give me a loan on my mink coats and she rudely said how old are they. before I could even get out of my mouth she said hell with it I got a bunch of Bircotes I don't want to many ways and then she hung up the phone on me I mean shish how did never met nobody up"
