I have to say, this is one of the best pawnshop and customer service experiences I have had in a long time. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the jewelry pieces that I have been “eyeing”, and after little back and forth of negotiations, we have eventually reached two healthy deals resulting in a “win-win” situation.
