"Terrible management but good employees. Manager criticized the employee for price they gave me to pawn item for not being able to test item correctly, when manager should be trained, understand basic electronics, and understand that she did have all tools to test item. The base level workers are great, the management just does not understand the modern world and how electronics work when that is the main things you would pawn in 2020. Employees themselves are great but it’s hard to be a good employee when your management has to oversee every price/transaction you make when they do not fully understand what they are talking about."
