"George …. A new hire and all …. but it doesn’t matter because he’s a very qualified technician. He did a great job in fixing the electrical issue in our unit. He is a very kind and respectful to us. We welcome you at Parkside Villas George. Thank you for your hard work. Cheers!"
"most professional tech I've ever met, I own a exhibit installation and dismantle trade show company and all this years im able to Identify who can show there skills on customer service and and work skills. Ryan just went above and beyond to get my issues resolved. honestly if I had a position for him at this moment I will take him and hire him to help me with my client. ******* I could give him a 7 star rating if it was for me Thank you Ryan!!! Ivan Rocha"
"Oscar did a great job of explaining the repair to my dishwasher and was able to get it handled in a timely manner. He really went the extra mile to ensure me that everything would be taken care of."
"My boyfriend and I went in today to tour the apartments here. There was a lady in the office and she was speaking with someone who I assume worked in maintenance, so she asked us to go ahead and take a seat and told us that it would be just a moment. We were totally fine with that, so we went around to the other part of the office and sat down like she asked. Sure enough, around 5 minutes later the maintenance man left, however the leasing agent didn’t come to get us. My boyfriend and I waited another 20 minutes after he left to see if someone would come get us or even just let us know how much longer it would be since we were the only ones in the office. No one ever came. I have no idea if the apartments were nice or not because no one even bothered to show them to us. Overall not a great first impression."
"This is an honest review after being in this complex for over 4 years. Hit and misses here. Communication used to be better in the pass. Antonio, Ty, the lease office team and Eric with their maintenance team used to keep you very well inform about any pending with your unit. We don’t know if the complex changed the property management and therefore some things changed for bad. We see progress around the property to keep it updated which is expected considering the current monthly payment for the rent but, there is room for improvement. Our huge complain “service” When you are a decent tenant (for years never late on payments, never issues with other tenants or lease office) you expect the best from your landlord. To have an idea, we have to wait months for resolution of issues and even for one of them still waiting for answer, here a few examples: 1. We use the fitness center very often and this was one of the areas neglected for a long time. IN SEPTEMBER 2021 one of the treadmills went down. I communicated the lease office via email about this issue in October 2021, vídeo and pictures were attached (photo) I sent several emails to get an update and the excuse was COVID impact. Covid year was 2020. The stores had plenty treadmills for sale during 2021. The treadmill was replaced 13 - 14 months after went down. This is just too long to resolve the issue. A broken machine blocking the space in the gym for over a year. 2. I signed my current lease on MAY 1th 2022. Since the beginning I informed management that the kitchen cabinets need some work. Email was sent with punctures of the cabinets. Maintenance supervisor James visit the unit to corroborate that in fact the cabinets need sine work. After his visit nothing was said (he is not longer employee in this complex). I decided to write to the lease office 3 months later (October/22) to get an update. I received an apology for the delay, they did a second inspection and promised to go back to me. It’s middle of January 2023 which is 8 months after signing the lease and no resolution. Nobody contacted. Why over promise and under deliver? Ignoring the requests or simply not saying anything does not solve the issues. 3. The gym had a facelift which is great. A Mirror for fitness was added but it’s not working. It’s annoying to go to the gym and see the unit down. Sometimes totally dark, swirling, etc. Why to offer an amenity that is down so many times? Who supervise that everything is running smoothly? I keep opening maintenance tickets often times (see photos) and goes down again. The system is not working properly period. 4. Until cámaras are install in the entire complex, more patrol inspections needs to go around. Lately some pet owners do not clean their mess. You can find pet waste even around the common areas such the grills (see picture). No pleasant surprise when you realized that you are stepping on pet waste. Too much waste of energy and time for your issues. Please do not invite me to go to the lease office to talk about this. You already have my emails and we have talked about these issues."
