"A very solid apartment, few problems in the couple years i stayed here, at first there was a package stealing issue but that seemed to go away recently, and be prepared to pay about ~$150-200 in fees on top of your regular rent. my $1452 rent on my lease ended up actually being $1671 every month after the fees they charge so just keep that in mind when shopping around. But the kitchens are very nice, apt is all hardwood ( not that dirty brownish plastic tiling that a lot of places have) if dune is in your budget i would recommend this place as a solid option."
"My apartment was right on the busy street so traffic up & down was horrible, I asked to be transferred and Juan dropped the ball so I selected another apartment. The only carpeted area in my apartment was the staircase and I got charged $90 for cleaning and repairs according to Juan’s assessment. However, the young lady that toured my apartment at move out, mentioned that it was “move-in ready”. The carpets were totally cleaned."
"Dune is a nice property that’s maintained well. The leasing office staff is very friendly, accommodating, and attentive to my needs. The only thing I can say on a different note is, the gym could use a major renovation."
"When you see, read, or hear something referencing the term, "Luxury", in its description it gives me the immediate effect that they go above and beyond the rest. I made a telephone call in the hopes of visiting DUNE LUXURY APARTMENTS. Today was the first time in years that I walked into a leasing office and came away with outstanding, superb, excellence at its best. I enjoyed every moment of my tour of one of the units. Here's why. I felt as if I was about to purchase a home and the Realtor knew every inch of the home from beginning to end, and no matter what question you posed, she was an expert. Her expertise and knowledge are on another level in the apartment rental market. She is the real deal with no pretense, smart as a whip, confident with a humanistic flair of quality and respect. Yes, my entire experience was luxurious. Thank you Nylyn M.!!!!!!!!"
"Nightmare experience so far. The apartment itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the management team has been awful to work with. Just a summary of what the leasing process here looks like: -came into tour and the self tour option was down -when we arrived for our guided tour, the leasing agent was eating chicken strips in front of us and texting. -during the application process, it often took several days to get any kind of response or follow up. -we were told we would get our lease 3-5 days before move in. We waited patiently and when the day before move in came around, we emailed to follow up. No response for hours, so I tried to call and leave a voicemail. No response. -the day of move in we drove for 5 hours from out of state. we finally hear back on the lease. At 3PM. -when we arrive to the office, none of our move in items were ready. They still had to program our remotes and we still have not received our mail and storage keys. -you’d think with the terrible service, they’d be busy. But no, neither person in the office was doing anything. One of them was texting and the other was changing all of her files to be pink. -exhausted from a long drive, we go into our apartment to find a MESS. There was someone else’s TV and sound bar still in the home, severe water damage, the home was not clean, and they had even painted over command strips from the prior tenant. Talk about giving it the landlord special. -When we brought these to the offices attention, they tried to blame us for it by saying they thought we weren’t moving in because “they hadn’t heard from us”, despite the fact that we emailed and called the day before. Also, why would you assume that without following up first?? -Now we’ve just found out that we will be without internet for the foreseeable future. Both the fiber and coaxial cables to the home are damaged and the office needs to have it repaired in order for us to have internet. Had to fight with the office to even get them to agree to repair it. Given the lack of concern from the management team, I’m not hopeful for a quick resolution."
