"It saddens me to post such a horrible review as the initial leasing experience was great. Nikky has been very professional every step of the way. Unfortunately, the Make Ready was horrible. Maintenance is still turning our apartment home as we speak. I have attached the photos below of the cleanliness on our scheduled move in day. I’m hoping the Property Manager will reach out regarding my concerns. I did not know we were moving into an ADA Unit as this was never disclosed to me. The overall experience is very disappointing."

"I use to live here back in 2019 and I really loved it. There were a few times I had bugs but I think that comes with all apartments and pest control came quick. I don’t know if she still works there but Nikki was great. Great neighborhood and close to Trader Joe’s , Applebees, Arby’s etc"

"Maintenance Guys are great! All three of them work so hard, Walter, Yogie, Robert they all work so hard, always come within next day, they fix all the repairs for us! We lived here one year and they are great! We renewed our lease for another year. We love the location, office management are very attentive and friendly!"
