Ferrell Apartments

"Bad infestation of roaches and bed bugs and mice. Rent is being raised to depending on lease 12 month is $1000 6 month $1075or a month to month lease is $1200. I Have a hole about 2 feet wide and 1 foot across in my bathroom hasn't even bothered to fix leak or hole in my ceiling. No matter how many complaints you try nothing gets done. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is a joke. Tenants disappear in middle of the night. If you're disabled they stick you in upstairs apartment. If you have family that visits you, they will evict you for no reason."

"I have lived at ferrell for 3 years and it's not a good place to live. Kids run wild and parents don't keep them in check. And they're is a lot of bullying with the kids and kids spreading rumors about new tenants. And making hard for the tenants kids to make friends. And now there is new management they don't do anything for the old tenants and they are fixing up another complex instead of other apartments that have had issues for years. I would never wish anyone to move in these apartments. They have weird people coming in and out, and cars getting broke into. And they are also letting low income families move in that causes problems and are always arguing. And i don't even feel safe for my 3 year old son to go out and play, without being harassed by tenants. So the more complaints the more people won't rent."

"Where to begin where to begin. Unfortunately I was at these apartments for a little over a year. I was there before new management took over (Skyline Suites) and honestly that name is such a joke. I was in the not renovated unit before they took over and a few months into their ownership my unit became infested with bed bugs, and roaches. The roaches were something they knew about but did nothing about. I requested pest control for months and it just went unfixed. After the bed beg incident, I had to argue with the property manager for them to move me into a renovated unit for 100$ more than what I was currently paying for rent. They covered nothing, I had to buy a new bed, new couch, new bed frame. Everything because of their lack of maintenance. The lack of competence with management is next level. In the new unit I didn’t have wifi pre-wired, I had to have the manager install a wifi connection and it just hung from my wall the near 8 months I was in the new unit. My bathroom vent was covered in thick, black dust and was hanging from the ceiling, multiple requests went unnoticed. My air vent in the hallway, coated in dust, even I had to replace the BLACK filter. Now the kicker of the entire place. My ac unit was BROKEN for 5 MONTHS. Which If you live in Vegas you understand how ridiculous that is, and illegal. It was a ongoing battle with the management and me. At one point I had to hire my own company to come out to diagnose the unit which I never got reimbursed for. Even after my company said it was broken they still ignored my request and put a portable in the sliding window in the living room, held up by cardboard and duck tape. My AC bill was nearly 350+ a month because my unit was running 24/7 because it couldn’t reach the temperature I set. This place is hell, it sucks any type of life you have right out of you, you feel defeated as you pull into the parking lot. Please, I understand this place is cheap, find somewhere else."

"They are not infested with roaches but infested with some nasty ass ppl. Cant call em human beings. Some units blinds are fckd up filthy windows and the smell when you walk past is horrific. The kids play outside all day and night on the weekends and even on the weekdays its loud. Music blasting in the carports. No respect from neighbors to the responsible humans who do work. Police activity always goin on. And not to mention the loud ass laundry room door that makes a loud boom when closing. And omfg it slams all morning until they close. Im not a friendly person so i wont be making friends with NOOOO Neighbors."

"Have not come across a roach infested unit in my months of living here and have lived in two different units, not to mention other units I visit are not roach infested. Management makes a point to make appointments for pest control for anyone who feels they need it, YOU just have to contact management or stop by the office. Management is great and always willing to work with you on rent."
