"The only thing I’m not to please with are the kids in the play area outside throwing rocks on top of the carports. I’ve moved my car from near the play area. They run up and down the stairs and hallways as well. Maintenance is top tier and fast. The front office staff are easy to talk with and approachable EVEN WHEN they are working with others they still acknowledge you in the office. The property is clean, on trash day Republic services are not really doing their job, but I always see someone out there cleaning near the trash areas on trash days."

"The new manager Suzy had made some tremendous changes to the community that I thought I wouldn’t see, she has been so nice and welcoming to us residents. It’s so refreshing to have a manager who actually cares for the property and the residents, I look forward to spending years to come here and good treatment doesn’t go unnoticed !"

"Its dirty all the time maintenance is awful take months to get things repaired. People in office are incompetent and rude cant wait til the lease is up next year they charge too much for rent and cant even keep the place up anymore plus they are letting just anybody move in here now no proper screening loud neighbors and loud music late at night during the work week cant sleep and nothings ever done about it. I've been here 4 years and every since management changed This place has really gone down and I cant wait to move out of here next year it's not peaceful anymore"

"I have called this place home for two years and counting. Honestly, I haven't had any problems living here except for the rent that keeps going up. My main concern was something I decided to discuss with the front office. I raised my concern to the office manager, and the response I received from her was very disappointing. It's not a good feeling when you're prejudged based on your skin color in a place you call home. While trying to explain my concern to her, she was insistent on telling me to check my lease agreement, which left me feeling frustrated as I was just looking for a simple solution. Luckily for me, DAISY, the assistant manager, was available and willing to listen to my concern. She took the time to address the situation, and every time I've had a problem, DAISY has always been there to help. In my opinion, DAISY should be the office manager because she goes above and beyond to ensure you get the help you need. She's full of energy and radiates a positive vibe. Her welcoming communication style makes you feel at home. If you're thinking about making this place your home, I highly recommend stopping by the front office and asking for DAISY."
