"Lived here for a little over a year and loved pretty much everything about it- only reason I moved is that it was just too far away from the Strip. Marisa in the leasing office was always nice and even accommodating to some move-out challenges in my last few months with a very fair return on the cleaning/security deposit. Friendliest (and fastest) maintenance crew ever. Very quiet, clean, and safe the whole time I was there (except the first few months of street construction but that's done)- had a great view of the mountains. Highly recommend for this area."

"I have lived here for about a year and just recently switched from a 1 bedroom floorplan to a 2 bedroom to continue living in the complex. I did a ton of research and toured numerous units prior to moving here and this apartment community does a great job filling all your needs as far as space and style for what you pay, ammenties, and location. Marisa has been the best with being very accommodating and flexible when I had issues come up with my move from one unit to the next and I can't thank her enough for that. It's a peacful community where you can make yourself feel at home."

"Disappointed that I couldn’t even get a tour of the place. I was really interested in leasing but the office is short staffed. Wasn’t greeted when I came in the office, I had an appointment and was late but I could’ve still been assisted. If you have an appointment set, then you should wait for appointment to come in, at least give a grace period. You guys have a lot of units that can be rented but aren’t, not surprised though.That’s what happens when you have bad customer service, you need a better and more efficient. You have an office full of empty office spaces, just one person working there. Wow."

"I love these apartments! Marisa was amazing with helping me move in. It was fast, easy & they are very understanding. They have free rent and upgraded appliances inside the unit. I think it’s very spacious and perfect if you’re alone or have a small family. Dog Friendly, very quiet area and clean all the time. Go see Marisa if you’re looking for a place to live she is very helpful and will make your move in seamless."
