Also thank you to the Maintenance Woman Tania Dominguez. Safe reliable community. The Amenities there are awesome, which makes you feel spoiled. "WORST place to interact with - the woman in the front office, Lee, she doesn't check her email or reply within an appropriate timeline. I sent her an email and then had to call multiple times to confirm because they don't answer the phone or reply to voice messages. I repeat requested for confirmed receipt they ignored. But they will charge you money when they make a mistake. I sent multiple email upon move out to confirm the appropriate refunds and payments were made but they never replied. They are irresponsible and there will constantly be something that doesn't go they way they say it will. I lived here for 2 years, it looks great but it is mediocre at best. Don't live here, seriously. They will nickel and dime you for ridiculousness but then they won't be able to keep people out of the pool that don't live there and then they will close it for 2 weeks. People speed through the parking lot, I have almost gotten hit multiple times, it was once upon a time pretty quite but it has been getting worse with the way the current management operates. They don't appropriately clean out the garbage areas so people's apartments are invested with bugs and flies. The people who lives next to us had to move out and break their lease it was so bad. If you want to risk it go ahead. But my experience was actually the worst I have had in any state."

"Process was simple and smooth. Matt in The front office is helpful, informative, and made the final move in process effortless. He did a walkthrough and found some things that needed to be touched up and they were completed same day. Moved from a place where it took weeks to get a service request done. Also nice to see a familiar face, met Matt 2 months ago during the tour and he remembered me right when I walked in on move in day. Great service all around"

"It was a pleasure calling Alowyn my home!!!!!! Not only was the apartment great with beautiful features but most importantly the staff was more than amazing. They always made you feel at home and cared for. Maintenance was also always fast to take care of any requests . I will definitely miss this place. Definitely recommend."

"I would love to say that our move in went flawless, we had a few minor hiccups. One of them was our thermostat decided it wanted to do it's own thing and then failed. Considering it was part of the home automation we had to wait for a replacement and went with a standard thermostat to keep us going. Maintenance has been great taking care of things for us. We love the community so far, it is so nice to have a small back yard to relax in."
