"I have lived at Estancia for 3 years. I have never had an issue with management or maintenance. The complaint I do have with Estancia is that they do not enforce a lot of the rules that are set forth in the lease. For example, pets are allowed and when I first moved in, for the most part, owners picked up after their pets. Over the last year or so it has gotten bad. There is dog feces everywhere. We get email after email reminding tenants to pick up after their pets but nothing is ever done. Other tenants would go in the office with photos/videos of those people not cleaning up after their pet. Why are these people not fined? They have the proof. Also, it seems as though they are letting just anyone in the complex. These new tenants are barreling through the parking lots doing way more then 10 mph. I constantly smell marijuana and loud cars in the middle of the night. I do realize that some of these things are inevitable however, I do think that something can be done to keep Estancia a nice place to live."

"Making the move from Texas to Vegas was a somber one. However, Estancia's management and maintenance crew made my welcome to a new city and residence welcoming and peaceful. Addressing my concerns and needs with attentiveness and timely service. I'm grateful for my piece of Vegas and the comfort of knowing God placed me in the wilderness to grow and become the best version of myself. "I moved here in October. So far it's been a great experience. My apartment is very nice and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a lot of shops in the area. Maintenance here responds pretty quick and the employees in the office are pleasant, attentive, and professional. I'm very happy with my decision to move here."
