"Honest Review, I have been living here since November 2022 and the only reason I renewed my 1-year lease was because of Edgar who is head of maintenance. First let me start off by saying that the staff here has always been kind and helpful but the most consistent thing I have noticed here on this property has been how well-maintained Edgar and his team has kept it. I have been Active-Duty military for over 14 years and have lived all over the world so when I notice something such as quality of life know that I mean it. The Elysian properties always have great advertisements and what I believe sells is their amenities and club house which I know is not easy to maintain and keep clean. There are things that take a specialist to fix such as the hot tub but for the most part everything is always functioning and clean which I know is all due to the maintenance team. I know that Edgar specifically goes above and beyond to keep the property clean and functioning because I see it every morning I go and get the Coffee that we all like to go get in the lobby. I say this because I have had similar coffee machines at other apartments I have lived in, and they break all the time! But every time I have used it, it has always worked, it's always fully stocked and always clean thanks to Edgar because I see him every morning cleaning the machine, fixing it, stocking it, and keeping that area clean. This is just one of many examples of what he does on this property, and I truly feel like it needs to be highlighted. This property has a lot of amenities, but I think people forget how hard it is to maintain it so thank you Edgar and to the team you lead for everything you do for us and the property. Elysian at Centennial Hills is very lucky to have you and I hope they know that."

"Ivy assisted my boyfriend and I while we were apartment searching in the area. She was very kind, and helpful! She was willing to take answer all our questions and show us various units. I do recommend requesting Ivy during a tour! It definitely made us want to sign a lease as soon as possible! Amazing experience"

"We have enjoyed being here and we love the community; swimming pool, recreation room, gym, and most importantly the dog park! We enjoyed working with Ivy Rivera, assistant manager, she has been very helpful with any questions and help that we needed to settle in. We love that the community offers short term leases as well as this was also a big reason why we chose this community. The community is kept very clean."

"The Elysian apartments are wonderful. My wife and I love our apartment along with all of the amenities and luxurious lifestyle. It is a very modern look and feel with updated appliances, a clean and very useful gym for whatever workout you are trying to do, a comfortable community area ( with a coffee bar, which is my favorite amenity ) and an amazing staff. My wife and I had a tricky situation where we needed to move in sooner than we had planned and Ivy stayed extra late to get us the keys to our apartment. We are very grateful for her kindness and help! Very Happy tenants!!!"
