"Lived here for a few yrs , maintenance takes months to come by can't even fix a running faucet, Sonya is very condescending and unprofessional and does favoritism with upstairs tenants , it's supposed to be marijuana free the parking lots reek with weed lots of drug dealers and fights , when I moved in they did not put new appliances as promised , the paint peels and floors peel despite hardly being in the apartment, package theft was an issue for months overall very negligent and unprofessional environment, the area and businesses around are good , in my opinion things were wayyyyy better when there was different management"
"I have lived here since 2021 and let me tell you,IT'S GHETTO..Everyday when i get home from school,these same girls are fighting..These girls even followed my sisters home and jumped the older one because she tried to defend her little sister.Maintenance hasn't fixed the dryer so now we out here drying clothes off the balcony looking ghetto.And there's dog and rabbit poop everywhere,there's grown kids playing on the playground,smoking while little kids are tryna play.Once while I was tryna get home girls were surrounding the gate after I walk away they start fighting.There was a dumpster fire at the back of the apartments and the back of apartments was already ghetto now they coming up here to fight,it was fine up in the front until Maintenance started breaking every.single.thing. And now girls in the grass are fighting and jumping little kids,also I was using the bathroom and a roach popped up so if you want fights,broken toilets,dryers,etc and roaches come here!"
