"Great place except for the high # of investor owned units and the alot to be desired renters they rent to !!! H.O.A board changed 4 out 5 members in the last year .place has definitely dropped a few notches .with unkept landscaping ,litter ,car burglaries the place needs a serious paint job ,increases in dues"

"Current tenant, for almost one year. Nice place to live, except for a few issues. I had my brand new car broken into, and had a bunch of items stolen from it. All of the units are separately managed, so talking to the office about anything rent related is useless."
"Very strict and unfair association. Big time bug issues ongoing. Buildings are sinking into the grounds, poor building construction, lots of section 8 moving in."
