"Lorraine made our entire move to our new apartment the best it can possible be and the quickest in can be. From seeing the apartment for the 1st time to getting the keys to move in, all in less than 4 days, was possible thanks to her. She was always available when you reached out to the office, no matter how many times you called throughout the day. So far we love our new home."

"I currently have an active leak into my bedroom closet and tepid (at best) water when I shower. Problems have been ongoing for months. They had to push my move-in date a week to get the unit “ready.” When it was “ready,” the dryer vent wasn’t hooked up to the dryer, refrigerator was 0F (freezing everything) and had a broken sensor, my heater died before Thanksgiving and since it was Friday, I had to wait until Monday before my apartment was above 60F. I also paid for a garage for 2 months before I got the keys for it and our whole community’s mail was stolen from the mailroom. Lorraine and Chelsea have been amazing, but my living conditions are still untenable with 5 months still left on my lease. This place sucks, but does charge luxury prices."
