"DO NOT RENT HERE. Absolutely disgusting apartments. Our upstairs neighbor was letting their dog out on the balcony and management did nothing about it! We haven’t been able to use the dishwasher since we have lived here because it’s disgusting. The complex always smells like weed. Our vehicle was vandalized here costing us over 27,000 in damages and management will do nothing about it, still wanting us to pay an absurd amount to move out! There is a lack of security here and no cameras in the complex so when something does happen they use it to their advantage because there is no proof. Joann the property manager is extremely rude and does not care about the safety of her own renters. All they care about is money. The apartments are completely outdated for what they are charging. Ovation is one of the worst company’s to rent with! They are such bad apartments they have to have their own maintenance staff Arthur put a good review on google cause they know no one will put good ones. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE."

"I'd leave ZERO stars if I could. Don't waste your money. My elderly father paid their $400 fee to apply 8/2023. They told us it would be refundable w/in 24hrs. Long story short, he decided to go another direction after they gave him 1000 hoops to jump through to qualify. To my suprise, management was very rude and refused to refund the money within the 24hr period! So glad we decided against these apartments and their unprofessional & rude management staff. These people lie and say whatever to get you to sign. They advertise the base rent as one thing, when in reality there are additional $100-150 worth of fees added into the rent that I noticed hidden in the paperwork! False Advertising FOR SURE!"

"Lived there for two years it was fine for a little but that place had big problems with management and maintenance. Also I don’t understand the old appliances like the apartment is nice but the appliances are so outdated and the color is outrageous. The mangers are also very disrespectful they all need to be fired. They also have a bad bug problem. Don’t live here just rent a house so much better"

"I have lived in this community for a few years now and still love it here. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The mountain views are an added bonus. The best part is the staff. The maintenance technicians are so professional and knowledgeable. It’s so nice to never worry about something breaking, because you know you are in such good hands. An extra big thank you to Arthur and Porter, the best maintenance/facilities team ever!"

"i am visiting a friend there for the holidays. i dont live there yet but was inquiring to see if i might rent there when i relocate. i notice the security gate is open pretty much all the time which is really unsafe for the type of criminal activity going on in the las vegas area. if i did decide to rent there i would always keep my doors secure and would request a security door be installed on my unit. i do like it that they are pet friendly but the grounds could use some picking up, but it is the responsibility of the dog owners to pickup after their pets (not the apartment complex). other than that i enjoy visiting my friend there."
