"My boyfriend and I moved in here in September of 2023 and so far we love it! The square footage is perfect for the two of us. Everyone that visits has nothing but compliments about how nice and upgraded our unit is. I had a single hiccup in the beginning when we were told we could apply for/sign for a two bedroom and then move to a three bedroom when one came open before we actually moved in. Then we were told that since we signed a lease for a two bedroom we couldn’t move the paperwork over. A call to Cushman & Wake fixed that up and we are soooo pleased with the three bedroom. Rachel was a huge help and I’ve only had to email her once. We got a bill for a setup fee from Cox that was supposed to be routed to the property manager so I emailed her a copy and that was that! I did see another review in here regarding wiring issues and that’s why I took one star. We have been having issues with our dishwasher shorting while I’m filling it up and since it’s just us two it doesn’t take more than 10-15 mins. I also took a star because there are people in the complex with exhausts and motorcycles that ride through all times of night and that can be annoying. I’ll update this again if we decide to renew our lease come October."

"DO NOT LEASE HERE; you've been warned. Let me start off by saying that Rachel the property manager is extremely nice at first, but as the rental process goes further and further you start to see how rude and condescending she is. This place is ripe with rental criteria discrimination, they will say or do anything just to get your application fees then hide behind a rental decision from a 3rd party known as Rentgrow so they can find legal loop holes to discriminate against renting to applicants The entire staff is a total joke, it's a Cushman & Wakefield property so that alone should tell you everything you need to know about how this place is mismanaged. As for the unit themselves, it's a poorly constructed place. There are soft spots all over the upstairs flooring which feel like you will fall through the flooring. The electrical system was constructed so poorly that your electrical breakers constantly trip doing daily tasks like turning on the dishwasher. The lone maintenance man Frank is so overwhelmed do not expect to have any results for your maintenance for weeks, and even then he may just contact via phone and ask you if it's okay if he closes the work order. Come trash day if you happen to rent an end unit; I hope you enjoy rolling your trash carts down the street to make it "convenient" for the trash collection service when its a cold windy day. There is more things wrong with this place than I can list; but just know you've been warned; don't fall for appearances like I did or you will surely regret it. Just check Yelp reviews also, someone else left a review about how poorly constructed this place is. In this current economy this place will be a ghost town by the end of 2024."
"You just found your new home! Rachel is exceptionally helpful ! She truly understands client needs and is professional! Based in the foothills of Mt. Charleston these brand new townhomes are available and comfortable. Full size garages are included so folks can park their cars inside and out of the Las Vegas elements. Thank you, Rachel, Frank, our maintenance expert, and Banyan Brighton for making our move seamless."
"Banyan Brighton is a new development of townhomes in a nice, quiet, beautiful, gated community with friendly neighbors. The staff here are amazing! Rachel the Property Manager went to great lengths to assist and accommodate me (even as far as doing it herself). As a new tenant I had to call her several times. She was very instrumental (there for me every step of the way) helping me get situated here with my daughter. She focuses on the need of the tenant and delivers excellent service every time! Excellent Communication! I highly commend staff for their fast response time and resolution. Rachel, the property manager and Frank, the maintenance guy, respond immediately to phone calls and work orders within 24-48 hours! They are on-site and very personable and approachable. Management also communicates on a regular basis to keep you updated and apprised of what’s going on in the community. You also have access to amenities at Skye Canyon Park. If you’re looking for a nice quiet community with friendly neighbors and EXCELLENT STAFF on site, then look no further - Banyan Brighton is definitely the place to be!"
