"This was my last straw. My 2 kids have been going to this dental office since they grew teeth (now 15 an 16) I always come to my appointments 15min prior. People that have missed they grace period on my last visit got to go in front of us. An everyone that had an appointment after me was seen an gone before my son was seen. Appointment was at 4pm. I arrived at 345pm. My son wasn't sent back until 440. We where an always with a 4pm appointment are last to be seen. Sometimes waiting an hour. Also I was told my daughter couldn't be seen the same day in which multiple sibling groups was seen after me. They over book. They rush kids in an out like a Conveyor belt. We have never missed an appointment or been late. But, they constantly are. I have 1 more appointment to go to next week for my other child since they wouldn't see them the same day. (Very inconvenient 10am)..I do work. An if I cancel this appointment my daughter will be past her 6month check up. Because no more appointments until January. We will not be back after this."

"Expect to be in a small place versus the other location by Chuck E Cheese. Masks are still required whether CV19 vaccinated or not. Parents are still not allowed to go in back with kids to ask questions if needed unless your child has a handicap of some sort. This place is not friendly to adults in my opinion. Masks are required but seating is at full capacity. Chairs are arm to arm; no 6 feet distance. What sense does that make?! Lose the "mask required" signs already or spread the chairs apart. Water fountains are available and not one staff member came to wipe it down or the candy machine. I seen at least 9 different kids turn the candy machine knob. This place is a joke when it comes to being sanitary. I'm glad that they at least didn't move that far from the old location. Edited: Based on your reply, I'm guessing you half read my review and rushed to put anything in writing. I agree with the other low star reviwers, they don't take accountability when they are in the wrong. Thank you for taking the time to respond with urgency. YOU take care as well."
