"I had to go here for my install and assumed I had to continue goin here for my calibrations. I tried to give the guy the benefit of the doubt that maybe he had a bad day but he was just rude every time and even I called. I’ve switched service centers because of this guy specifically. He didn’t like when I gave attitude back either, was going to refuse helping me. He could dish it but couldn’t take it. Wouldn’t recommend at all. So many nice people at other places."

"I have to say, the worst experience I have ever encountered. Staff are rude, overbearing and they have zero compassion for the situation. My truck wouldn't start, it was -40 degrees for 3 days consecutive. I called into alock, I was told sorry about my luck, you have till midnight to have your vehicle to the shop. It cost me 500 dollars to get the truck running, being in that cold all day. I left work at 1230 am, started the car, got 5 minutes away. Re sample, shows .027 I stopped no where, re test .019. Drove home I was now in a lock out. So it gets better. 10 months with this piece of shyt, zero issues. 10-12, intoxalock hit me for 1500 in bad readings, I didnt change patterns, habits, driving style. I got charged the 100 buck for using deicing windshield solvent. (Yes, really). So buyer beware. It will not only cost you quadruple what they say. Read the other posts. It is an awful system with some of the nastiest employees. LET ME SAY THIS AGAIN!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM."
