"We had PVBBQ cater our wedding and it was a great experience from start to finish. I had a guest from Texas tell me how good the brisket was and a guest from North Carolina tell me how good the pulled pork was, among a slew of other compliments. They were accommodating to our request of having a vegetarian/vegan option for certain guests and overall very easy to work with. Could not recommend more."
