"They say you get free Wi-Fi but they have it turned off with no access. Told them about no Wi-Fi but it’s still shut off for a week at least now. Mar. 26 still no Wi-Fi"

"This hotel charged me twice for the same stay.I booked on priceline, and then they took our card when we checked in and ran it again without authorization. I have been trying to get ahold of the manager since I discovered the charge on my statement in December and she’s “not there” every time I call. I was able to speak with her once, she assured me it would be resolved and refunded at the end of December. It’s now February with no call back and no contact. I see in the other reviews this happened to others who prebooked, with no refund issued. I’ll be contacting the BBB if this is not resolved."

"Stayed here for a week and it was nice and clean and very quiet. My only complaint is that I kept having to reset my room key. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I would have no issue with staying here again."

"What an amazing Hotel met with the owner Penny who was real nice .had to check in next door at a diner called Penny's and wow its one of those old style Diners with the Booths, and the juke box playing in the background , it even got me humming Grease songs from the Movie . Oh did i mention the Food , because you cannot miss eating in this place Really good Food for breakfast and Dinner . Loved every minute of our stay , Many Many Thanks x"

"This one of the best places to stay!! Due to an unfortunate circumstances in our travels we had to stay in Travelodge in Missouri Valley, Iowa for a few weeks. The rooms are VERY clean. Christina the manager and her staff are awesome!! We truly felt like family while there!! We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE PENNYS DINER!! Check In is at the diner so your waitress could be your check in person too ha. The food is unbelievable GOOD!! I’m just getting to doing all my reviews and we recommend this place 100%... also, they allow fur babies!! Thanks y’all!!"
