"I wish I could give this company a zero, that's what they deserve. Hydro was hired by our company to complete a small TI in Summerlin. The toilet they provided and installed along with the waste line piping was found to be improperly sloped for proper drainage and the pipe bands were leaking causing damage to the suite below. Saul Jimenez the owner was contacted and he refused to dispatch anyone to address the repairs. We were forced to hire another plumbing sub to handle the repairs and correct all the improper work completed by Hydro. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!"
"Scheduling was easy and quick. We had Bernard and Fernando come to replace a leaky shower head and some loose sink faucet handles. They did a great job ensuring it was fixed correctly and was very careful. I wanted to wait a few days to ensure there were no issues prior to writing this review, and I must say everything is still great. This company is worthy of the 5 stars they've earned."
"Fernando and Bernardo were super friendly and did what appears to be an awesome job. There had been an issue resulting from prior service where something had accidentally gotten cracked. Hydro plumbing stuck to their service promises and made everything right with zero hassle and a super awesome attitude. Couldn’t be more grateful for all the service we’ve had from them. Would eat here again."
"Aric and Juan were great, amazing attitude, and hard working. My line was clogged and with old cast iron pipes, there was a lot to be done. They spent all morning and afternoon clearing up the pipes and continued to explain and show me the issues with their amazing technology. I learned a lot myself, and as a new home owner I appreciate the educational videos and transparency throughout their work. Highly recommend and will continue to contact them."
"*Update Our water heater tank was replaced with a tankless version. Same day, Hydro Plumbing was able to send Richard to look at the problem right away. He was very kind and didn’t pressure me on what to choose soon as he gave me options since our tank was due for replacement after 6 years. After discussing the pros and cons, I didn’t hesitate to invest on the tankless option. Though pricey, it was worth it. Later, he was helped by Fernando who also works at Hydro Plumbing. Cool guy and professional as well. Both of them didn’t leave the job until it was fully finished which was around 10pm. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Still highly recommend! Excellent service for the 2nd time!"
