"Ask me if I had my password for my Apple account I said yes because it was in the phone she went back and erased the phone I've been locked out of Apple for over a month please encourage your technicians to explain to the customer what they're about to do in the past they fixed my phone without erasing everything I just thought she was going to the back to work out some Kinks I nearly got fired from my job I'm locked out of most of my accounts and using a Samsung that's basically a brick because of this has caused me huge problems however car installation alarm security technician Doug knocks it out of the park every time and deserves a five stars after this girl erased my phone I explained to her that I don't have a crystal ball I'm not psychic and didn't realize what she was about to do you must first encourage your customers to find their password write it down not ask if you have it? Yes I have it it's in the phone for Christ's sake and she says she's not psychic either and storms to the back leaving me with a useless iPhone very rude un professional and presumptive to assume that your tehnical trogolodyte customer understands everything people go to Geek Squad because they're not technically Savvy you must explain to them in advance what is going on so they don't have to guess."
