"This plumbing company came out 3 times to look around and tell us the same thing we already knew...that we have a leak. 2 weeks later and still no hot water. Definitely do not recommend."

"My appointment (scheduled 48 hours in advance) was canceled within my appointment window the day of because their technician was running late. Refused to refund my appointment deposit since they canceled and told me I had to wait another 24 hours before someone could speak with me. After contacting the number provided in the response below; I was told my refund would be processed. It even showed as a pending credit on my bank account. Until I checked the following day and the pending credit disappeared and all that was left was the original charge. This company is argumentative, deceitful and should be avoided if at all possible!"

"I had a leak in the garage and needed to coordinate with my warranty company. They hired this company. They showed up, cut into the wall and located the leak. Now this is a 2 party train wreck from here on out. The warranty company I was out sourced and I continually received no help. The Right Guy continued to give me the run around, such as, call the warranty company, oh you can’t call the warranty company, we are waiting for them to get back, etc. Every step was a pushback from them and no one there communicated with the others. Only a 9-5 business. I even told them I would pay for everything but they said they needed to wait for the warranty company to respond. After 7 days and no solution. Done. I called a reputable plumbing company with immediate response time."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Oh boy these guys were absolutely horrible. We had our first tech come out, and he would disappear for 2+ hours at a time saying he needed to get a tool from his truck. The first day the 3rd time her left, he just never came back. We called and were told he apparently had a flat tire and would not be returning. He did about an hour of work in the toilet that was not the problem. A few more days past before we could get them to come out again, and a different tech came to assist. He seemed more willing to listen, but still did the bare minimum and spent 3 hours here still working in the toilet. ( the issue was with the back flow drain but they would not listen to me). He apparently could not get it done and left without scheduling when he’d be back. We spent 9 days without the ability to use our running water, and had sewage flood our downstairs 4 times while we waited for them to do their jobs. They were combative and aggressive over the phone, and refused to do their job or give us any update of any sort. They were absolutely terrible and treated us with so little respect when i tried to tell them how important it was as we have a 2 year old child who was suffering from the sewer fumes in our home. We called a different plumber who was able to fix the problem completely in just an hour. Absolutely ridiculous and am livid with how they treated us."
