"All good but there are a woman that is very very rude she looks like asiatic woman, we check in monday 18 March at night she was very very disrespectful, rude and loud-mouthed woman who doesn't think about making you feel bad. she has a serious problem of attitude with Hispanic people. This hotel runs good but this kind of people is not good for stay on front desk. "

"I needed a room for the night while attending a wedding at a nearby vineyard. Booked the night's stay through a third party vendor and everything worked out smoothly. Rolled into town right when check-in time said the room would be available, but it was still being cleaned so I had to wait about fifteen minutes before getting into it - which was fine. The room itself was sufficient for the price, but not amazing - but I'm not expecting much more for a room in a small town in Iowa. Continental breakfast was adequate as well. If I ever needed to find a room in Rock Valley again (can't foresee that) I'd book it again."

"I stayed at this hotel on business with a small group in November of 2019. Booking was flexible as we booked between 2 and 6 rooms per night over the course of a week. I enjoyed my stay and everyone in our group had a similar opinion. Parking was close, the hotel was clean, and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. My room (single, king bed) was comfortable and the bed was on the soft side, but just right for me. Believe it or not, I slept more soundly and felt more rested than usual. My room was on the 2nd floor, which is accessible by a wide carpeted staircase. Complimentary breakfast was light and fresh."

"I stayed in this motel for 2 nights in September 2018. I'm looking to book a motel again in the area and remembered just how poor my experience was with this location, and decided I would share. First, the room had no iron or ironing board in spite of saying that it would. Then the hair dryer was about to fall out of the wall. The woman on duty did her best to solve the issues and I applaud her. The next day we received no maid service of any kind. When I asked about this, I was told that the manager told the housekeeping staff not to come in. The staff wouldn't outright say it but I presume it was because there were so few people staying over the week-end. It literally looked like we had the motel to ourselves. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager wouldn't take phone calls unless it was an emergency. So, we slept in a dirty room with dirty towels. NOT impressed. As I anticipate a stay again in the area, I won't be staying there."

"We would not recommend this hotel. Although the hotel is very clean, the pillow and beds are awful. We were supposed to stay two nights, but checked out after one night. We drove up to Sioux Falls to stay our second night... thankfully our new hotel let us check in early so we could rest from getting little sleep. The breakfast was very simple... cereal, toast, yogurt and waffles, which were good. But for the price this hotel costs, they should have better beds & pillows, and maybe offer a little more for breakfast. Definitely not worth the money."
