They were a blessing to my family with a life threatening event. Since we have left the hospital we have had the best care still, with them answering our questions and helping us to continue to learn more and more about our new normal."

"My first visit to Endocrine Clinic with my child. Nursing staff were very friendly. The doctor fit us in for an urgent appointment which we appreciate. I appreciated the knowledge and expertise of the doctor we saw and that he really considered the possibilities and what was more or less likely. He listened to our concerns and I felt like he considered them carefully."

"My son saw Dr. Gonzalez-Garcia for his initial visit with endocrinology. This appointment went great. During the appointment, it was decided to do lab work, with the expectation that these would come back normal. One set came back elevated (per the parameters given in the online portal). It took 4 business days to get a response from the dr on this. She only addressed one concern I had and failed to answer any follow up questions, eventually remaining silent for two full business days. We felt as though my son was only important to her when she was in the same room as him; once we left, she no longer cared. I had requested a phone call from her twice but only ever received an online message from her. We waited 9 days (7 total business days) from when these results came in before eventually switching providers. We will not take my son back to see her. After talking with other moms, it seems this was also their experience with Dr. Gonzalez-Garcia. When I spoke with the nurse manager about my experience, I was told the doctor was on call at the hospital and “busy” and couldn’t talk to me about my son’s test results. I had to request a change of provider two separate times in the phone call with the manager before she listened. Rather than fully listening to my concerns, she continued to tell me that my son’s previous doctor was just busy. Our new doctor came highly recommended to us by a few other moms, otherwise I’d likely switch from this clinic entirely. At no point in time did we feel our concerns about the lab results or our concerns about the provider’s care were listened to, or quite frankly, even cared about. My son sees several specialists. Never have I had a doctor who would not discuss test results with me nor office staff who weren’t helpful."
