Bolks Apartments

Bolks Apartments, located at 601-699 Colorado Avenue Southwest in Orange City, Iowa, is a housing complex named after the Rev. Seine Bolks, one of the founders of the college. The complex consists of three buildings, each offering furnished apartments for students who are typically juniors or seniors.

The apartments in the main buildings house four to six students per unit and include a laundry room and computer lounge. The two-bedroom apartments are fully furnished with full kitchens for student convenience.

The Courtyard Village apartments, surrounding a green space, offer one-bedroom apartments for three to four undergraduate students or one to two graduate students. The undergraduate apartments are furnished, including kitchens, but require students to bring their own couches. A laundry room is available in the basement. Graduate student apartments are unfurnished.
