"I have had only good experiences with boarding my Wheaten at Paddington's. He is so much less anxious acting after staying there than when I've used other dog day care places. It's very clean. No music rocking out like at one local place. The staff here seem to be more professional. I don't expect everyone working with dogs to be dog experts or experienced at all, but at least you can dress nicely & use good customer skills, which they have at Paddington's."

"Great experience every time. We've boarded our cats here for years and it goes well. Only minor concern is that the cats come home sneezing every single time they board, so just be prepared for that. But they're great people and the cats always come home fat and happy."

"I boarded my cats here for 5 nights. I have never boarded my cats before but due to unfortunate circumstances I had to board them over the holidays. I was very pleased with the whole experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The facility looked clean and they were thorough with how I needed my cats taken care of. When I got them back they didn’t stink and, while they obviously wanted to go home, they seemed like they had been taken care of very well. If i ever need to board my pets again I will take them here."
