We all tried the medicine he recommended and it has been life changing for us. My kids are happy and thriving. My oldest son's teacher raves over the changes she has seen in my son's behavior. My youngest went from a vocabulary of 5 words to 100+."

"We took my daughter to see Dr Recette, she seemed nice and interested in helping us with a diagnosis for our daughter. However, she stated she would email me documents to fill out. Never did, I had to call twice to finally get someone to send them to me. We got them completed and sent back within a couple days. I have called several times to try and get a response to what her plan is for our daughter and have never heard back. I have left VM’s with her. I have emailed Jason numerous times and have not gotten a response. Unfortunately for my 8 year old that is struggling in school and has to wait to get services until we get a diagnosis. Clearly we are not a priority since our initial assessment with her was 2-2-24, now we are in the 18th and still waiting. Highly disappointed in the customer service and support and would not recommend them at this time. I am hoping that changes but not banking on it."

"John Bigelow - Highly recommend. Been seeing him for not even a year and i feel he has helped me out immensely with all of my mental health issues & helping me be able to cope/ handle anxiety filled situations better. The staff is always kind & caring. My only complaint is with the ability to pay. They don't have any online system or automatic payment system for your copays. Whenever they call me I'm always busy and then it's really hard to reach them when I call back to make the payment. Please either get automatic payment system or online!!!"

"This place made my depression 10x worse. I won't say the name of my psychologist but I'm not even convinced they had a degree. They obsessively pursued 1 angle of treatment based on a single book they read and couldn't even explain these concepts in the book when I asked them to elaborate. I agreed to medication (I was suicidal at this point and I made this clear) but was told I had to wait thirty days and stop taking any substances at all including GLUTAMINE. Gluatmine is LITERALLY AN AMINO ACID YOU MIX INTO SHAKES TO AID IN MUSCLE RECOVERY. The woman conducting my substance abuse evaluation had NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS but still insisted I stop using it before I could receive medication. I walked out and never went back. I was never contacted in any way after dropping completely off the radar after 10+ visits except to charge me $77 for missing my last appointment, which they did waive months later when I explained the situation. TLDR you're probably better off seeking treatment at the bottom of bottle than going here. I wish the best for everyone and because of that I recommend that you never set foot in this place. Kavalier is an absolute joke."
