"I wanted to like this place but they didn’t really seem all that friendly or helpful to me, sort of looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there. like this isn’t a Doctor’s office?! And on top of that they don’t even give you an eyeglass kit. Like where am I the twilight zone? Just mediocre. The doctor I saw was nice, professional, did great. But the receptionist was weird, not friendly, didn’t even greet me. like why are you here if I have to do your job too?! Second occasion to pick up my eye glasses, only one lady was very nice and helped with payment and then someone there who wasn’t asked to help stepped in and sort of made a big confusion out of a small simple task. It was annoying and prolonged what should have been a happy visit to get my eyewear. So distasteful. After that a third woman comes to give me my change for my payment sort of holding it like give me our money and I’ll give you yours and she proceeds to lay it on the table after I placed my payment in her hand! It was just detestable. Left me feeling like I made the wrong decision who I chose as my optometrist and whether I’ll continue to go to them in the future. That was kinda the last straw."
