"I had the worst experience with True North. Their customer service was incredibly unhelpful, rude and super unprofessional. They constantly gave me the runaround when I tried to file a claim, and when they finally processed it, the payout was significantly less than what I was entitled to. It felt like they were more interested in saving money than actually helping their customers. I will never recommend True North to anyone!"

James told me it would be 4800 dollars to cancel, and I agreed. and then he took 7000 instead with out informing me and would not give me my money back. They are rude and have extorted me for the last 6months. IM TELLING YOU WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT GET INSURED WITH THEM YOU WILL NEED A LAWYER IN THE END!!"
