I have never had such an extensive exam plus she explained thoroughly all options available to me. I received a new prescription, great assistance in helping me pick out new frames, and everyone made sure the glasses were perfect via adjustments when I picked them up. Great personnel, great experience."

"I took my 2yo daughter for choosing eyeglasses and the optician Nancy was so caring and patient with us at the initial visit. They even stayed an extra half an hour after they were supposed to close. I'm updating this review after having a few more situations at this place. It's been a struggle to get the right glasses for my daughter. At first they took over 3 weeks to deliver the original glasses because they had a scratch and they had to redo it. Then we needed to replace her prescription due to a doctor change and again another 3 weeks to deliver because the lenses weren't the right size then when they were ready the lenses were easily popping out of the frames like they didn't fit. They said it would send to factory to make a new one in a bigger frame and again it took over 3 weeks to get ready. When they were finally ready they looked even worse than the ones before. It has been a series of disappointments with the service unfortunately."

She was so good with him, and as a result he was relaxed and happy the entire time and she was able to complete a thorough exam—it was so smooth and easy. The office was timely in following up with the results of his exam. We’d highly recommend Urbandale Eye Care and Dr. Kyler for pediatric (and all other!) appointments!"
