"Andrew at Cupp Insurance is fantastic to work with. He always responds to emails and questions promptly and is detailed oriented. When I had a claim issue and Andrew was on vacation, Jeff stepped in and and handled it. 30 minutes later the insurance adjuster was calling to apologize. I was with Cupp from 2013 to 2022. I switched due to lower premiums from a large insurance company. Those lower rates turned into higher rates and less customer service. I switched back to Cupp for 2023 and lesson learned, cheaper rates doesn't make up for cheaper customer service."
