"I couldn't be happier with my daughter's Doctor, the nurses, and staff."
"Like the other reviewer that mentions the same issue....I also have a problem getting my children in for appointments. Dr. Anderson is amazing, so I want to point out specifically that this review has nothing to do with the actual care we receive when we are able to get in. Apparently that's not a secret, since he is always full...it's just ridiculous trying to get time with him. Many times the office staff seems to be irritated and short when trying to set an appointment also, which doesn't help. We end up at urgent care more often than not because they can never get us in."
"Very frustrated with how this pediatrics office is being run now. I used to be able to get my children in to see our pediatrician with no problems but every time I call now, they are "full" and send me out to their Hiawatha office to see a doctor we don't know or even tell us that urgent care is our only option. What is the point of having a pediatrician if we can never get in to see them? I will be going elsewhere in the very near future."
