"I went to Iowa Allergy for the first time, to get tested. Every person from the receptionist to the nurses were so nice and polite. But more than that, they made me feel completely comfortable. They made me feel like they have known me my whole life, and cared about me. The place was clean and bright, and it smelt clean and fresh. I would recommend Iowa Allergy to all my friends."

"Very friendly staff however their scheduling system is a mess. I have shown up to the office after scheduling online and not being on their schedule in the office and being turned away more than once. Text reminders don’t show time and date of appointments and can’t get the app to work to see when my appointments are. I’m a busy person and this guessing when I actually have an appointment doesn’t work for my schedule. Also other clinics offer giving yourself shots at home for convenience. I have to take off work to go into the clinic and it’s becoming increasingly inconvenient. Go somewhere else if you are prescribed shots!!"

"Kyla has been treating my son for his allergies and eczema for the past 3-4 years now. We started in their WDSM office and now we go to their Ankeny office. Kyla is amazing! So much that she took my call one time when my son had a reaction to his shots while she was out at dinner with her family! She doesn’t rush in and out of your appt with her, she thoroughly explains things to you and answers questions. The rest of the staff, nurses and receptionists are amazing as well! Thank you for all that you do always!"

"Our 7 month old saw Kyla Reyes. We scheduled with McFarland in April and the soonest we could get in was July, so I decided to call Iowa Allergy & was able to get in within 3 weeks! I couldn't wait that long with a baby reacting to food. Kyla & her staff are very kind, professional, and very knowledgable. I was very overwhelmed going in because this is my first child with allergies and we discussed our history, did testing & explained everything and then came back and talked me through a treament plan and things I could do & use & things I shouldn't do & use. She was also on time. We showed up about 30 minutes early in case we had any extra paperwork to do and we were seen by her at our appointment time. She was also very understanding about any "delays" with a 7 month old & my 9 year old who tagged along with us. I would highly recommend Iowa Allergy & Kyla Reyes!"

"I love this clinic! Dr. Kyla Reyes has helped so much with my allergies and asthma! I can not say enough good things! From her bedside manner to how informative she is, she has been a joy to work with. Also the nurses and reception staff are always very helpful! I even want to make note of the hold music/advertisement, it’s so refreshing to not hear elevator music while on hold. Overall I would and have recommended Iowa Allergy to many of my friends and family!"
