"This is our 2nd time at Ankeny Children’s Dental. I must say… I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how they went about removing my child’s spacer and continued to try to put in a new spacer while my 6 year old son is crying, saying repeatedly ow ow’, stop it hurts, and they didn’t! Dr. Chris, then left for a moment because I said he needs a minute to cool down and take a breather. I know all parents want what’s best for their children and so do I, so I felt the need comment our experience. And to top it off when he was screaming in pain they shut the door and said need to be a little more quiet…. ‘Excuse me’ this is a “Children’s” dental place where they are suppose to feel comfortable coming to and returning too. My son never wants to go to the dentist ever again now! :("
